HDMI-10M-14
Full HD HDMI Cable. Length 10m.
HDMI 1.4 carries up to 10.2 Gbps -- enough for 4K video, but only at 30 frames per second (higher frame rates need to drop to 1080p). It supports ARC (Audio Return Channel), letting a TV send audio back to a receiver over the same cable, but not the higher-bandwidth eARC that HDMI 2.1 adds.

How it works
The picture goes out on three differential pairs, each carrying the signal and an inverted copy. The display subtracts one from the other, so any noise that hit both wires cancels out. The fourth pair carries the clock that says when each pixel starts.

From the published standard
HDMI 1.4 uses the same connector and the same differential-pair principle, but its bandwidth is 10.2 Gbit/s. In practice that means 4K at 30 frames per second at most, or 1080p entirely comfortably. It is the correct choice for a display or receiver that does not exceed 1080p, and there is nothing to gain from paying for a higher standard a device cannot use.
