PLUG-CAT6-U-PT
An RJ45 plug crimped onto the end of a network cable. The pass-through type lets the wires exit the front, so their order can be checked before crimping.
RJ45/Cat6/Cat7 runs use one of two equivalent Ethernet wiring standards, T568A or T568B -- both perform identically, as long as both ends of the same cable use the same standard. A real Cat5e/6/7 cable carries 4 twisted pairs: blue, orange, green, brown.

From the published standard
The plug is crimped onto the end of network cable with a dedicated crimping tool. Its eight blades pierce the wire insulation and touch the copper directly under pressure, and a shielded version adds a metal shell that connects to the cable's shield so interference protection continues right to the termination.
