CON-NL4-635
Adapts a Speakon speaker output to a 6.35 mm jack.
6.35mm audio jacks are TS, TRS, or TRRS depending on the number of insulating bands visible on the plug -- TS (mono) has one band, TRS (stereo, or balanced mono line-level) has two. The band count on the actual plug is the real, checkable way to tell which wiring a cable carries.

From the published standard
A jack plug carries the signal on three parts: the tip for the left channel, the ring for the right, and the sleeve as common ground, separated by insulating bands. The 3.5 mm and 6.35 mm sizes are electrically identical and differ only in size, which is why an adapter between them is just wire. Crackle when the plug is moved is worn contact at the ring, not a fault in the equipment.
