PATCH-CAT7-2M
Ready-made 2m network patch lead with RJ45 ends, copper conductor.
RJ45/Cat6/Cat7 runs use one of two equivalent Ethernet wiring standards, T568A or T568B -- both perform identically, as long as both ends of the same cable use the same standard. A real Cat5e/6/7 cable carries 4 twisted pairs: blue, orange, green, brown.

How it works
Four pairs, each twisted at a different rate from its neighbour. The twisting makes both wires of a pair pick up identical noise, which then cancels when the far end subtracts them. That alone is why networking works over a hundred metres.
This cable is shielded: a grounded conductive layer around the pairs, which earns its place near mains cable or motors.

From the published standard
Four copper pairs, each twisted at a different rate from its neighbour. The twisting makes both wires of a pair pick up identical noise, which then cancels when the far end subtracts them — that alone is why networking works over a hundred metres. The 100 metre figure in TIA-568 is a limit on the whole channel, meaning the permanent run plus the short patch leads at each end, not on the cable alone.
