HDMI-FIB-30M-20
4K Fiber HDMI Cable. Length 30m.
HDMI Type-A carries 19 pins: TMDS pairs for the video/audio signal itself, plus control lines -- CEC (single remote controlling multiple devices), DDC/+5V (the EDID handshake that lets the source learn the display's supported resolutions), and HPD (Hot Plug Detect, how the source knows a display is actually connected).

How it works
The data (TMDS) is converted to light pulses travelling down a single glass core, so it does not degrade with cable length or pick up electromagnetic interference the way copper does. Separate thin copper wires still carry the 5V power and the slow DDC/CEC control signals, because converting those to light is not practical at their low data rate.

From the published standard
An active optical cable converts the HDMI signal into light inside the connector itself, sends it down glass fibre, and converts it back to electrical at the far end. Ordinary copper loses a 4K signal after roughly 15 metres; light does not have that limit, which is why 40 and 50 metre lengths exist. It is directional, though: the end marked Source must go into the source, and reversing it does not work.
