KEY-CAT7-FTP
The RJ45 socket that terminates a network cable inside a faceplate or patch panel. Locks without a punch tool.
RJ45/Cat6/Cat7 runs use one of two equivalent Ethernet wiring standards, T568A or T568B -- both perform identically, as long as both ends of the same cable use the same standard. A real Cat5e/6/7 cable carries 4 twisted pairs: blue, orange, green, brown.

From the published standard
A keystone terminates a permanent cable run at a fixed socket in a wall plate or patch panel. Each wire is pressed into a slot that cuts through its insulation and grips the copper directly. The point that matters in practice: untwist as little of each pair as possible — every centimetre left untwisted at the termination costs noise immunity, and it is the most common reason a link fails certification.
