KEY-CAT6-UTP
The RJ45 socket that terminates a network cable inside a faceplate or patch panel. Terminated with a punch tool.
Cat5e/Cat6 RJ45 cabling uses one of two equivalent wiring standards, T568A or T568B (they differ only in which pair sits on pins 1-2 vs 3-6) -- performance is identical as long as both ends of the same cable use the same standard.

From the published standard
A keystone terminates a permanent cable run at a fixed socket in a wall plate or patch panel. Each wire is pressed into a slot that cuts through its insulation and grips the copper directly. The point that matters in practice: untwist as little of each pair as possible — every centimetre left untwisted at the termination costs noise immunity, and it is the most common reason a link fails certification.
