EXT-HDMI-100M
Sends an HDMI picture up to 100m over a single Cat6 network cable.
HDMI Type-A carries 19 pins: TMDS pairs for the video/audio signal itself, plus control lines -- CEC (single remote controlling multiple devices), DDC/+5V (the EDID handshake that lets the source learn the display's supported resolutions), and HPD (Hot Plug Detect, how the source knows a display is actually connected). Cat5e/Cat6 RJ45 cabling uses one of two equivalent wiring standards, T568A or T568B (they differ only in which pair sits on pins 1-2 vs 3-6) -- performance is identical as long as both ends of the same cable use the same standard.

This product is physically two separate units, not one box: a transmitter near the signal source and a receiver near the display, joined by Cat6 network cable up to 100m.
Each unit typically needs its own DC power adapter, even where the product data records only one power port.

An extender is a pair of devices: a transmitter at the source and a receiver at the display. The transmitter re-encodes the HDMI signal so it can travel over long, inexpensive twisted-pair network cable, and the receiver rebuilds HDMI at the far end. That sidesteps the short copper limit of direct HDMI. The quoted distance assumes solid-core cable of at least Cat6; thin patch cable or copper-clad aluminium will fall short of it in practice.
