EXT-WHDMI-200M
Sends an HDMI picture up to 200m over wireless.
HDMI Type-A carries 19 pins: TMDS pairs for the video/audio signal itself, plus control lines -- CEC (single remote controlling multiple devices), DDC/+5V (the EDID handshake that lets the source learn the display's supported resolutions), and HPD (Hot Plug Detect, how the source knows a display is actually connected).

From the published standard
This extender is genuinely wireless: a pair of devices, each plugged into an HDMI port (transmitter at the source, receiver at the display), with no cable of any kind running between them — the signal travels as a radio wave. There is no network cable to pull between the two rooms, which is the real difference from a wired Cat6 extender. The quoted 200 m figure is a best-case, open-air, line-of-sight number; walls and metal obstructions noticeably cut the real-world range.
